The Consultants are dedicated to meeting the individual needs of their clients by leveraging strategic relationships with all members of the Legislature—from top leadership to freshmen members—and with all state and local officials.

The Consultants develop and maintain these relationships by:

• Having a visible presence at the Capitol throughout the year;

• Being present daily at the Capitol during the legislative session;

• Fostering good will with elected officials by visiting their districts, participating in hearings, and attending fundraisers, policy conferences, and other events; and

• Forming open lines of communication directly to the Governor and his staff, heads of agencies and their staff, and local elected officials throughout the state.

Chip Reno, Serena Rasberry Flowers, and Arnie Hederman bring more than 53 years of experience working with the Mississippi Legislature and Executive Agencies on an array of issues on behalf for a broad range of clients.

• Chip Reno has been a registered lobbyist at the Mississippi Legislature for 26 years.

• Serena Rasberry Flowers has been a registered lobbyist for 15 years. She is an attorney and active member of the Mississippi Bar Association.

• Arnie Hederman has been successfully lobbying for 16 years while also staying involved with politics at the state level.
